Kenya Unfair Termination at Work
Like most law firms in Kenya, we practice all areas of law but tend to specialize more on Employment and Land Law litigation. So if you have been terminated from work unfairly, underpaid, not given leave or due allowances, we can help you with your case. You can see a case which we recently concluded in favour of the Claimant. This was a case involving a mjengo worker was unfairly terminated by a Chinese Construction Company. We got him an award of about Kes 110,000/-. His other colleagues also brought us their case and we managed to get them similar awards. So it doesn’t matter the role that you are employed in….if your rights were violated, we will fight your case on your behalf.
Similarly, if you have an boundary dispute, inheritance issue or wrangle over ownership of a plot or you’ve been injured in a car accident, facing a child custody battle, or need reliable defense in a criminal case, we have you covered for these and many more legal cases at our Law Firm.

Succession / Estate Planning:
In our time of practice, we have seen that we Africans see estate planning as a ‘taboo’. It is uncommon for we African’s to write wills. However, it is a very relevant and needed practice and we can help with that. If you pass away after writing a valid will, we say that your estate is Probated. You would have names an executor who will execute your will and distribute your estate to your named beneficiaries. If your will is not valid, it can be contested in court.
If you die without a Will, your beneficiaries will require to obtain Letters of Administration. We can assist in this process too.
We handle many other areas of law. You can contact us or submit a ticket with a query and we shall respond to you within 24 hours.
